There was a bit of a hold up in the album release from complications with United Master Distribution, but with that still being cleared up Hamlet comes through with an album that makes the listener do exactly as intended: make them think.
Not only does the album contain previously released songs such as “Cyber Chicks” and “IOS Flows”, he also added on a couple of newly unreleased tracks such as “Shari’s Song” and “The Heist”. Shari’s song is a romantic revisit to a past relationship and an attempt to reconcile differences. The Heist is a tale of “hacking” in a comic book setting (again Hamlet B does no endorse going out and engaging in any criminal activity). The vibe of the beat sets the perfect back drop to a story that will keep the listener intrigued with the amount of detail and word play used throughout the song.
Also along with the newly released album, we have the release of singles “mental hellth” and “B.I.G Business”. Mental Hellth is a song about Hamlet B’s experiences with the mental health industry and issues a serious warning to those who never went through it, or those who are needing assistance with coming out of it. And then there is the song “B.I.G Business” which is a song paying homage to the Late Notorious B.I.G. Hamlet goes into much detail about B.I.G’s life. The production credits on the album and released singles include Meraki Muzik, Boger on Da Track, and Track Pros.
