D’Eletto pairs her social media knowledge and marketing talent to create unique marketing campaigns that go beyond your typical food close ups and cocktail creation videos. Rachel believes content should be highly interactive and memorable. She says “you want to entice your targeted demographic by giving them a small taste of what your venue has to offer. Just enough for them to understand the venue and the experience but not too much as to steal the enticing mystery.” Rachel utilizes her own personal social media as a testing launch pad to see what marketing techniques will stick.
D’Eletto says “The hospitality industry is a leader in change but also a preserver of tradition. Finding a way to balance the traditions and push boundaries is a never ending juggling act. Food and drinks are a universal love language and play a big role in bringing people together. My best advice to hospitality leaders is to hire in house marketing if you’re able to. Someone that will understand your mission, experience, goals, and are willing to dedicate their knowledge to your business. Marketing equates to more sales, it’s a corner you don’t want to cut.” Rachel (28 years of age) has worked various positions in restaurants and clubs and has an exceptional understanding of what it takes to execute a marketing and social media plan as well as expansion guidance for businesses. “Being so in touch with what the day to day is in a venue as well as what is going to be doable for the FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) teams.
