Grayson Thorne Kilpatrick: Grateful for the Role of Ethan in Warner Brothers’ CHAD Season 2 on Roku

Grayson Thorne Kilpatrick, a native of Huntsville, Alabama, born on April Fool’s Day 2004, is making significant strides in Hollywood, far from being a mere jester. His journey in acting, fueled by his passion and dedication, has led him to an array of roles in student, independent, and feature films, as well as TV shows like “Documentary Now!”, “Chicken Girls: The Movie”, and “Daddy’s Home”. His versatility is further showcased in “This Isn’t Working”, Cinemax’s “Outcast”, and the critically acclaimed “American Horror Story”.

Grayson’s talents will soon light up the screen in the TBS/Roku Channel sitcom “Chad”, starring alongside Nasim Pedrad and Jake Ryan. “Chad” humorously navigates the life of a 14-year-old Persian boy in high school, blending the complexities of adolescence with cultural identity. The show, initially greenlit for a second season in 2021, found a new home on Roku Channel, set to air in 2024, after a brief period in limbo.

In “CHAD” Season 2, Grayson takes on the recurring role of Ethan, appearing in episodes 1, 4, and 9. His excitement about this role is palpable. “I am so very grateful for this opportunity with Warner Brothers/TBS and Ms. Nasim Pedrad,” Grayson shares, highlighting the welcoming and supportive atmosphere on set.

Grayson’s acting aspirations were unexpected, emerging after a traumatizing home invasion. His journey began in earnest in 2013 after being inspired by actor Grayson Russell and taking acting classes at Hollywood Huntsville under Bill and Ayoka Billions. His screen debut in “Campin Buddies” alongside Tom Lester and Ray Stevens marked the start of a promising career.

Moving to Los Angeles in 2016 with his parents’ support, Grayson became a proud member of SAG-AFTRA. His behind-the-scenes work is equally notable, having written the SAG Short Film “John Foley: Motivationally Speaking” in 2017, earning a Best Actor award at the Young Artist Awards.

Grayson is committed to broadening his acting horizons, aspiring to collaborate with acclaimed directors such as Jordan Peele and to delve into diverse film genres. His true ambition lies not in fame, but in bringing happiness and support to every set he works on. Residing in Los Angeles, Grayson enjoys his time off-set with his pets, playing various musical instruments, collecting Rubik’s Cubes, practicing archery, and keeping up with college football.

Represented by Luber Roklin Entertainment in Los Angeles and People Store Talent Agency in Atlanta, Grayson Thorne Kilpatrick is a name to watch in the entertainment industry.
