1.Tell me a little bit about your background and how you ended up choosing your field.
My career developed organically through years of working in high-level environments across fashion, beauty, and international events. I started in hairstyling, but very quickly I was exposed to a world where image, timing, and precision are everything—film festivals, red carpets, and private VIP settings. That environment shaped my standards early on. I understood that in this industry, details are not optional; they define your reputation.
Working behind the scenes at major global events taught me discipline, discretion, and the importance of consistency. You are often operating under pressure, with no room for error, and that builds a certain mindset. Over time, I positioned myself not only as a hairstylist but as someone clients could trust in high-stakes moments. That combination of technical skill, reliability, and understanding of luxury environments is what ultimately defined my path.
2. What made you take the leap into entrepreneurship?
After more than a decade behind the scenes, entrepreneurship felt like a natural progression. I had built strong relationships, gained international exposure, and developed a clear understanding of what works—and what is missing—in the market. I didn’t want to remain only in execution; I wanted to create. The decision was strategic. I saw a gap between client expectations and what most products were delivering, especially when it comes to speed and visible results. In my world, people don’t have weeks to wait—they need results immediately. That insight pushed me to develop something of my own. Entrepreneurship gave me the ability to translate years of hands-on experience into a product that reflects my standards while also being scalable globally.
3. What were the biggest initial hurdles and how did you overcome them?
The biggest challenge was shifting from a service-based mindset to product development. In services, you control the outcome directly and instantly. With a product, you rely on formulation, testing phases, regulations, and production processes that take time and require a different level of patience.
Another challenge was differentiation. The beauty industry is highly saturated, and creating something that genuinely stands out is not easy. I addressed this by focusing entirely on performance. I refused to launch anything that didn’t meet my personal standards. Every detail—from formulation to final result—was refined until it delivered exactly what I envisioned. I approached it the same way I approach my work with clients: no compromise, no shortcuts.
4. What are 3 tips you can share with our readers as it relates to your industry?
First, consistency is more important than visibility. Many people focus on being seen, but long-term success comes from delivering the same high level of quality every single time. That’s what builds trust and reputation.
Second, your network is your real capital. In this industry, relationships are everything. The right connection can open doors that no marketing campaign can. It’s important to build those relationships over time and protect your reputation carefully.
Third, think beyond trends. Trends are temporary, but positioning is long-term. If you build a clear identity and stay aligned with it, you remain relevant regardless of how the market evolves.
5. How do you personally define success? What does it mean to you?
For me, success is about control, longevity, and impact. It’s having the ability to choose the projects I take on, the people I work with, and the direction of my business. It’s also about building something that lasts beyond trends—something with real substance.
Of course, financial success is important, but it’s not the only measure. True success is when your name becomes associated with a certain level of quality and trust. When people know what to expect from you, regardless of where you are or who you work with, that’s when you’ve built something solid.
6. What is your business all about?
My business is built on performance, efficiency, and trust. Whether I’m working with clients at major international events or developing products, the objective is always the same: deliver visible, reliable results at the highest level.
Everything I do reflects the same philosophy that shaped my career—precision, discretion, and consistency. The goal is not just to meet expectations, but to exceed them in a way that feels effortless to the client. That approach is what allows me to operate in high-level environments and maintain long-term relationships.
7. Your new beauty product is generating attention with results in just a few hours. What makes it unique?
What makes this product unique is its speed and performance. In a market where most products promise results over weeks, this one delivers visible improvement within 3 to 6 hours. That concept comes directly from my experience in high-pressure environments like red carpets, where results need to be immediate.
At the same time, it does not compromise on quality. The product is designed for both women and men who expect fast, reliable results without sacrificing long-term skin standards. It’s built from real industry needs, not trends. For me, it’s about setting a new benchmark—creating something that reflects the level I’ve worked at for years and bringing that standard into the global market.
