Dana Zitzman is 26 years old and will release her life story by the end of 2026.
In her memoir, she shares what it was like growing up in a family with narcissistic dynamics on both sides. She writes about being the family scapegoat, the emotional pain she endured, and what it took to escape those unhealthy patterns and begin healing.
Dana believes that if she could overcome those challenges, others can too. For many years, she believed the lies she was told, lost touch with her sense of reality, and nearly lost hope. Her story is one of resilience, faith, and finding the strength to rebuild her life.
Her goal is to inspire others to speak out and seek healing. She wants people to know that it is okay to tell their stories and that no one should allow the opinions or manipulation of narcissistic people to define who they are. Her message is simple: We need to be strong. We need to keep fighting. No one should have to suffer in silence.
Dana also has a YouTube channel called My Little Family 222, where she shares parts of her journey.
Dana credits her husband with helping save her life. Together, they discovered they had both been treated as scapegoats in their own families. She prayed for a loving family, and she believes those prayers were answered.
Their love story is scheduled to be released in mid-2027, continuing their journey of healing, hope, and finding love after hardship.
